…Bit of an unexpected twist, but as long as they don’t have to try and chase the rabbit, I think they should be fine.
Nah, they can grab pretty easily. She’s got low stamina for physical activity, so Kai can just grab her before she gets the chance to lose them.
Kai’s muscle density is somewhere around the density of iron, so keeping hold/breaking obstacles shouldn’t be a problem
Daniel here.
I wouldn’t go that far, but Kai is definitely around adult strength already, despite being 14 when he helped his Dad move the couch. A solid enough door should stop him, with a normal adult’s chances of physically breaking through…
However I’m thinking the “Dungeon” is now becoming an escape room, with the team having to find the clues to work out how to get out…
That’s under selling Kai. He’s got strength greater than the average adult male, according to his dad. I’d say Marco is of average strength for a man of his height and age; he said that Kai is already stronger than him.
Monty Python fans know knights should avoid confrontations with a rabbit.
See the trap sprung;
see the bunny hop.
You’re trapped, you guys;
under her shop.
Dragon slayer
the black right hand.
Her every move
has been well planned.
Catch her, guys,
catch her if you can.
She’s played this role
with considerable elan.
Amy is obviously enjoying her role and playing it to the max! 🙂
…or to the Rex! 😉
I’m thinking that will be her “price” for releasing them (and the b-day gifts); Rex will have to take her out on date. 🙂
She’s not old enough for a “date,” but you’re right, and he can accompany her somewhere under the watchful eye of a parent. 😉
Daniel the Human says the Dungeon is now something called a “escape room”. She gets out the door, locks it behind her, then you gotta find the clues, work them out and get yourself out of the room…
Mind you, if someone noticed her crushing on Rex, the offer of a date could make her want to help them out…
Re:Iron Ed – if she’s old enough to hustle, she’s old enough to date.
@DTIBA “Hustle?”
Essentially, she was running a con.
Sounds like someone doesn’t know little kids very well, or has a very small sampling. 😉 🙂 🙂
Wasn’t expecting that. She makes a cute villain, though.
Time to see if they can catch the “evil” bunny.
HOW much D&D do you THINK she has played? She has a frickin’ gaming shop named after her.
She’s gonna ham it up big-time.
“You have fallen into my trap, vile dragon, and now are doomed forever to live out your days trapped in my dungeon!” …takes deep breath. Then runs on up the stairs. A door slams and a key is heard turning in a lock, and then a muffled, “MUAHAHAHA! *cough-cough*” 🙂
Kai just casually forces the door open, “Sorry about the door, it wouldn’t open!” Amy’s evil grin slowly turns into the face fault of Eneru. “EEHHHH?” “This isn’t the first time I’ve broken a door down.” Kai gives an embarrassed smile.
Escape rooms are not “anything goes”. There are actions you are not allowed to do or try.
Like destroying doors… 😉
Note that there are eight other people in that “dungeon”.
and so, the dungeon turned into an escape room 😉
That would be a neat twist, one where the team has to rely on their smarts and puzzle solving skills instead of luck to win.
Yeah, we’re thinking that too…
Alright, Daniel the Human thought of it, then had to explain it to me, but it still counts, doesn’t it?
Apologies to GNR
Welcome to the dungeon, we’ve got fun and games.
Hey, I already made that reference!
Oh no! And none of them was the slightest bit suspicious about being welcomed to a dungeon. 🙂
Dun dun BUN!!
Double O Bun of the Knights has had her cover blown! Looks like her luck HAS run out! Well, if Kai or Benji catch her. Preferably Kai, he deserves a win against her. It would be awesome and funny to see Kai suddenly appear behind her and grab Amy before she has a chance to get away! Them they should tickle her to get the information from the tiny Bunny Rabbit girl!
Hmm… If Kai’s clue warned him of the spy in his team’s midst, does that mean Team Kaya’s clue does as well? Is Misha Lenkova (the Cocker Spaniel Hybrid girl) one of the sneaky knights? Maybe… She’s likely to spill the beans about it before Team Kaya receives their clue/warning
Then they flip the table and Kai sics the two dogs with him after the rabbit.
Heh, bun not done with them yet! Wonder what the next part of this challenge will be.
Whatever it is, I’ve been having fun so far! 🙂
But they have an unexpected secret weapon, Rex!
Looks like she’s really having fun with this.
Hey , we’re in a library : no loud voice . And i doubt the other persons around understands why she says it ? ^_^”
That would be pretty confusing (but funny) if you’re one of the bystanders sitting there with no context, then you see her suddenly run to the stairs and yell that.
I think you mixed this up. Kaya is inthe library, Kai in a Gameshop.
Ah , well ; i’ve been tricked by the separate groups : it’s Robin’s fault ^_^”
That wascally wabbitt!
One of the only things that defeat a wascally wabbit is a trickster Turtle!
@previous mouse-over: Looks like they’re not done slaying the bunny yet. I guess the Holy Hand Grenade is the only means to achieve that afterall if not even Deus Rex Lucky Star is enough.
I realize this isn’t “that type of comic,” so I’m 95% sure it won’t happen, but…
“Vile dragon” could trigger a PTSD flashback for Kai. We know the twins were bullied in their old town. I don’t know if anyone went so far as to physically attack them, but even a “close call” can leave mental scars.
Again, I doubt we’ll see anything like that, since this isn’t “that type of comic.” And for what it’s worth, I’m glad this is so lighthearted. Then again, Kai could probably pull a good prank by *pretending* that his feelings have been hurt.
The image in the voting incentive is broken.
I dunno if she’s *actually* supposed to be intimidating at all, but IMO, there’s no way she COULD be intimidating.
Her act there is just so adorable! ^w^
She’s a convincing actor. You could say she was BUNdercover!
Amy’s just getting into the part and having fun. 🙂
RE: The Vote Inentive: I love that third picture. And the more times I see it, the more I like it. 🙂 🙂 🙂 Tylus! We need color!! 😉
Please put Clark Kent-style glasses in Twin Dragons.
I have Clark Kent-style reading glasses.
“And now, before I kill you, Mr. Romero…”
“Are we doing high fantasy or James Bond?”
“We were…REX! You threw me off my game!”
