I’m assuming that “Rip It Apart” is an alien-themed work when I say: that only answers why she wants to enter. Her not wanting people to know that she DOES enter… rather suggests some authority figure in her life takes issue with her interests.
The rabbit goes too far
and shows she can’t keep shtumm.
Tell her a secret tale
and she’ll relate to kingdom come.
Amy knows no nerves
but Nomi needs the confidence
to know she’s fine
and Amy knows her common sense.
It’s a friend in play
talking over all her innate fears.
Now for her to sing.
Will Kaya and her be a treat for the ears?

Is that all? That doesn’t seem like such a terrible thing to me!
I have a feeling she’s afraid they will kidnap her because of her singing or something equally silly.
There are people out there that watch the airports’ radar online for UFO’s.

Kaya could volunteer to sing with Nomi; both to give her support and take some excess attention off her.

A Lemur? I presume she’s not an Aye-aye, she doesn’t look alien enough for that herself, so I’m interested in what variant she is.
The King Julian variant, much to her dismay. If someone asks her if she likes to “move it move it” one more time, she’s gonna use that saw…

In that case she is a ring-tailed lemur. Is her tail also longer than she is?

And she believes in the more scientific version of “sky spirits”… Wouldn’t point that out in her presence, I’m not cruel.
Yes know, I figured she was a raccoon because of the greys, the mask markings, and the tail rings, but that mask pattern does match a lemur more closely. Also I personally like washing bears, so I was biased in that direction.
But Nomi, you already have a pretty mask! It’s on your face and brings out the color of your eyes!

Minced bunny? Is Nomi a skilled enough swordswoman to do that to Amy with a sword like hers? Amy’s in big trouble and her crush is nearby, too.
Nomi finished making her main story debut, we just needed a name drop. So she’s competing in the convention’s karaoke contest as a masked singer (with a mask over her natural mask/eye spots), I guess that makes her Kaya’s new rival. Nomi better brace herself for baptism by Kaya Kuddle™, her ribs may end up more flexible than normal.
As for Amy, it looks like she’s used up her luck. It doesn’t seem to cover the foolishness of her choices or words. I guess now we know another reason why Nomi has that sword with her, though I’m guessing she thought she’d be smacking River with it. What’s wrong with being fascinated by aliens? I, for one, believe that they exist somewhere in the universe. Though if she’s self conscious/shy about it, I can understand why she’d rather not have that blurted out by a friend. Amy’s gonna be wallopped by the angry princess Nomi Julianne.
