Once again, Kaya’s reputation precedes her. I wonder if the cast of Jesse’s Adventure are aware of Kai and Kaya’s birthday party at the Mammoth Shack… Speaking of Kai, is he too shy to speak to the main characters of his favorite web show? Personally, I don’t think I’d be able to go to a signing event like this, I’d be too nervous.
Speaking of nervous, once again, Kaya proves to be a fountain of hilarious expressions. Poor Kaya made herself sad. Hopefully her parents don’t have Toktok accounts so they can’t see her imitation of a flame thrower during her karaoke performance, at least for a while. Sabrina and Marco may have friends who could show them the clip. Then again, my dad had a Tiktok account that he used to watch videos of animals, so Kaya’s parents might have accounts…
Do they have the same hairdresser?
Maybe the viral bit will help her platform to grow and she can earn some money on those, then she don’t need the allowance so much ^^;
With the sudden dawn of realization, Kaya might have to make a preemptive strike and tell on herself. That would look good in her flavor
first off i thought those antlers were real. what the fudge. second i still think kaya got cheated on that contest. has no one heard of loopholes. finally kaya should not worry about her allowance because now she has rare, one print run, signed cards that are worth a lot. also anyone else notice that outfit the girl was in on the card was the same as the out either kaya or cleo was wearing in that c and d fantasy world in ch.6
The loophole would have been going to the proper people before the contest and going over exactly what she was wanting to do and get approval for it. If the approval was something less than she hoped, she’d have needed to comply with the something less that they were OK with.
Doing it spontaneously like she did, she’s a loose canon that they cannot tell if will get more out of control, so they absolutely need to handle it the way they did, even though what she did was not enough to risk actually starting a fire.

I don’t think Kaya needs to worry about her allowance, lol! If she goes viral enough, people will eventually find her actual channel. She’s about to get that wonderful feeling of crossing 1k subscribers on her YouToob.
Also, was there an IRL Kickstarter for Jesse’s Adventure? I know there was for the main Twin Dragons comic, but I don’t remember seeing one for JA.
Or possibly even crossing the 1M subscribers threshold, although that takes longer. Even if this one appearance is enough to get to 1M subscribers from under 1k, she’ll certainly have to release more stuff before she gets to that point or she won’t be able to keep 1M subscribers.
I’m thinking of someone in particular here who had one video that got him in business as a youtuber. He stayed sub 1k for about 6 months, then suddenly got 50k subscribers from that one video in a day, and over the next 6 months got up to about 400k subscribers, most of which came from that video. Yeah, I know, that’s not 1M, but this was probably much more viral-capable, especially since she’s a protagonist and he was/is just a Florida Man.
I think Kaya’s probably better off hoping that her parents have enough time to think about how diligent she was about making sure that she didn’t catch anything on fire between when they find out and when she talks to them.
I don’t get the joke of the last panel
When her parents see the TokTok video, they might take away her allowance as punishment.
